MSI Afterburner does that.

Use FRAPS to record FPS and then you can use FRAFS to read out the file FRAPS makes to get those number. Example.

Just drag the frametimes.csv file FRAPS makes into this program and it will give the info.

 

I heard about this program through Kyle from Bitwit and it has worked wonderfully for me.

Is it only certain cards that will let MSI AB show the 1 and 0.1% framerates? Neither of my 970 show it but will show the FPS, weird...

iinm you need to enable it in RTSS settings and Afterburner OSD.

I did enable it in both, but only the FPS shows, it never measures the 1 or 0.1%, nor min max or avg :/
