Why are you asking here? No one here works at Valve. Do you go and ask e.g. Apple if Lenovo will help you as well?

If you have made a ticket they may or may not help. There are people who have gotten help and there are people who haven't. No one here can do anything about it.

I have my ticket. I know no one here can help. But if someone says that they've recovered their hacked steam account that will give me some hope.

Alas, there are plenty of people who have recovered their accounts and there are plenty of people who haven't. Just a simple Google-search would've given you plenty of threads on e.g. Reddit on both sides. Even worse is that some people have gotten help in just days and for some people it has taken literally months.

My point is, Steam's support is really unpredictable and they often seem to make their decisions so arbitrarily that they may just as well throw dice about it. If I were to give any advice, I'd say prepare to wait at least a couple of weeks.

Q: how did they get past your Steam Guard? Wasn't 2FA mandated for everyone a few months back or something? I couldn't log into my own account until I set it up.
