Potential future upgradability of 1660ti?

Im looking at the 1660ti for my next gpu, its the perfect price point and performance to upgrade from my r9 380 4g card. But im looking at potentially setting up a watercooling loop in the future, and your usually safest going with a FE or sapphire card if you want to find a water block, but 1660ti has no FE, 

 

Do you think we'll be able to find a water block for the 1660ti, and which models do you think will be most likely? Just curious, i want to get the short card to try a tiny case build.

Idk what the ROI will be on a 1660 water block but the air cooler it come with should be fine

watercooling shouldnt count as an upgrade on a 1660ti, it's not hot enough for better cooling to squeeze out more performance.

I would honestly rather spend that money on a better GPU than a water block for it. It seems strange to water cool a low end card.

a 1660 ti isnt worth the upgrade to begin with.

and if you can afford to water cool a 1660 ti just get a 2060

The perfromance per dollar is better for the 1660ti and i dont really want to buy into "rtx". As for temp, the asus single fan card hit 81 degrees just boosting on jays2cents video, so watercooling could potentially help overclocking, or temp/sound. and as for the lower end card, it competes neck and neck with the 1070, while in a small form factor, sure its not a 1200$ card but its not a 1060 either.

 

And i didnt say im buying a water cooling loop, i said im lookin at potentially doing one in the future. Im just curious if this card might get a block, as lower cards do have water blocks available so its not a crazy question.
