Possible Phone Upgrade

Currently I have the OnePlus 3t. It's been a good device but has started having issues 

 

1. Bluetooth disconnects all the time both my car and Fitbit
2. I've noticed that sometimes the phone lags out. 
3. Sometimes the fingerprint reader fails to read my fingerprint.

 

I'm looking at possible candidates to replace this device. What I need:

1. NFC for mobile payment
2. Fingerprint reader
3. At least the same sized screen as my current device
4. Non Samsung
5. Android Auto/Apple Car play 
6. Decent battery life
7. At least 64 Gigs of storage if no SD support or 32 Gigs with SD card support
8. Working Bluetooth
9. Has to be TMobile compatible

 

I use the phone to surf the net, Access both my banking and credit card account, streaming most YouTube while driving home as it's free. Sometimes Netflix and Hulu might be used.

Why not just upgrade to the latest OnePlus phone?

Because if the Bluetooth issues with this one. Also not sure if I want to stay on Android. Android auto is kinda shit, it goes AWOL all the time when I'm driving.
