Edit: This is proven to work and you should enable these commands by default even if you might not have any problems at the moment.
This helped me to get rid of micro stuttering in GTA 5 on Windows 10 so I thought I should share it.
1. Run cmd as administrator
2. Type (bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes)
3. Profit?
I don't know if many people knew about this but hopefully it helps you guys out.

No need to disable anything no more. It was a monitor problem not a gpu.

Laptop: MacBook Air
Why?
I want all the performance I can get form my pc and Windows and its desktop environment handles multiple windows very well.
I don't need tons of power while on the go but battery life is a key. Also the track pad and OS X together work better than any other laptop which is very important because I only use the track pad. Let me put it like this, When using a Windows laptop I always want to use an actual mouse. When using a MacBook I don't feel like l need one to be productive.

You were right about the layers. I booted the pc while holding a metal screwdriver in the hole to simulate soldering the hole shut. But it just started smoking. The card is F**ked

At $999, it looks like there's finally a real Macbook Air competitor. If only battery life and trackpad both perform almost as well as the Air, this will be the go to College ultrabook.
