Finally... this was wanted for a long time.

This was right the first time. They fixed everything and Google went back with "not html5" (aka we really do not want to see your platform alive) which was in itself a really bad reason.
Although it is kinda ironic since WP8.1 has a better YouTube experience than my Nexus 5 with 3rd parties app like myTube.

Better than the current "File" app for sure...

Seems like the multiple-device one-experience is a real feature this time...

Not a reason to pirate the said software, especially being a corporation...

To be fair, I don't find CC for 20$/month (there's also 10$/month Photoshop/Lightroom) that expensive and they make good software. IMHO, it could be cheaper, but usually people who pay it have a need for it and free software can be as good for people who do not want to pay; their products being targeted at prosumers and professionals.

I think I got away with a nice 5820K all considered. Trying to aim 4,6-7Ghz through 125Mhz strap, but my H100i is starting to run into too much heat (80C Aida64 @ 1,31V)

Other than having to buy overpriced DDR4, I really like this platform, Haswell/X99 were nice improvements.

Time for some Haswell-E. Intel Core i7-5820K @ 4,5Ghz (first manual OC on the chip, nothing fancy, only multiplier/vcore)
The single-core result is @ 4,6Ghz I think (used Asus OC thing for the first run)
      Score:   Multithread - 1320 Single-Thread - 183

At 1,5K I'd say to get a nice i7-4790K + good gpu instead of X99. You'll have a better gaming experience since motherboards and DDR4 are so pricey right now.
That being said, from what you do, I'd say to get a mainstream i7 and OC it

Usually, if you ask yourself if "is X99 worth it?", it isn't

Sadly, adblock is still a great antivirus.
And, I always saw YouTube as being "hobby"-first platform to share videos... Good if you make your living out of it, but don't chastise people for using adblock when Google's adds on YouTube are so obnoxious (do it the Linus way inside your video, I have absolutely no problem with it).
Personally, I enable it on YouTube, but disable it for websites I like like here.

Fair video in the sense that if you're a Google user (gmail/hangouts, etc.), this is not a platform for you.
If you're a big enthusiast that need all the latest and greatest, this is not for you.

Why am I personally using my Lumia 920 over my Nexus 5 as my daily driver? Because I can't care less about the above two points. I use my phone for e-mail/internet/videos/news and Android is not for me.
MyTube is a free app (the 0,99$ is a "donation") superior to any official Google application for watching YouTube, the e-mail client (I have an outlook/hotmail account though) is fantastic, calendar is awesome and, if IE isn't the best mobile browser, Chrome isn't that better in my experience (all mobile browser are terrible IMO).

Also, HERE Maps is awesome. Free offline (I don't have a lot of data) navigation where I can almost download the world and never be stuck somewhere (Google maps' offline thing is terrible, it's more like a caching thing...). This is a fantastic thing (considering most WP sold are in the 100$ range) and a compelling reason to get the cheaper ones (a smartphone/gps combo for 100$? yes please).

Does it makes sense to have a One M8 on Windows? WP has always been about camera experience in high end and a Lumia 930 is so much better... do yourself a favor and don't get the HTC M8 for Windows unless you REALLY like WP.

TL;DR If you're a Google user or someone who wants the latest in tech gadgets, this is really not for you. Otherwise, if you're a lightweight user or like best camera experience or need a free gps-class offline navigation, WPs are awesome (L520 could be found at 80$ in Canada)

Of course, this is my opinion

Vaub got a reaction from Razzaa in 8320 BF4 Lag Spikes?
Yup, but it also depends on how the multi-threading is implemented. I don't know about watch dogs, but a game like skyrim which is "using" 4 cores, only uses one for the heavy lifting while the others are for minor things.
A game like Bf4 (frostbite?) is remarkable in the sense that it truly divides most of the processing on its multiple threads. It's always a game-by-game basis anyway when it comes to CPU speed...

My FX-8350 was doing fine in BF4, but it was at 4,8Ghz, maybe OCing the 8320 a little?

From your rig, I see a problem though, ONE stick of DDR3. That means that it won't run in dual-channel creating a big bottleneck in RAM speed.
Two stick of RAM is preferable for speed and, since BF4 is RAM-intensive (one of the few game there is), it would be my best guess about the lag spikes.

    [Off-topic]
    I swapped my FX-8350 @ 4,8Ghz to an i7-4770k @ 4,6Ghz, there's no difference in BF4 and most game I play/every day usage.
Here are the game I noticed an increase with the i7: Civ V, Sc2, CoH 2 (aka. game that rely heavily in single-thread perf.)

IMHO, the FX-83xx are fine chips for their price with admirable multi-threaded performance though I admit the single-thread perf. is lacking.

Totally understandable. haha ASUS just isn't the best when it comes to customer support. They're also not the worst. You'll get a headache, but if your warranty claim is valid, you'll get taken care of by the time it's over. This has been my experience with Dell, also. So I dunno.
The monitor is excellent, the warranty is acceptable, and it's what I'd go for.

I'd go with the MSI board. I had an MSI board back when I used to have a trinity APU and it was great. I also like the looks of the board as well but that's up to you.

Fair enough, but then it would seems that every DAC change the sound in some way or an other no? So might as well take something that you like better.

My problem with onboard is all the electric noise that I can't stand; I prefered my 30$ Xonar DG to the onboard by a lot, even if it might change the sound a little. Maybe the "sound" quality wasn't better, but it was cleaner by a long shot. But yes, I agree, if you are going to drop 100-200$ in a soundcard, might as well look at some external DACs instead of a soundcard.

The thing I didn't understood in this video : "EMI shield is useless since it has holes..." what??? (just need to look up Faraday cage)

Plus, there's a clear difference between using my Realtek onboard (Z87X-UD4H; maybe their implementation is bad though) and my cheap Xonar DG (it eliminated most of the electric noise I had).
That being said, for me, an external DAC is better (I have a FiiO E17 right now); but a card like the Xonar STX also produces a great sound (from what I tried though as it wasn't mine).

The whole video seemed more like a marketing thing than a guide. I won't say it was BS since it brought good points about people using digital out on cards, connecting to the back panel, some features being gimmick and I'd agree that an external DAC/AMP is better; but a soundcard like a DX/STX isn't bad. It just seemed an extremely biased video which just tried to sell the Mayflower's O2.

Anyway, I think that audio is so subjective that you can't just say "a soundcard/dac won't or will improve your sound" as everyone's ear is different and like different things.

I was able to overclock it to 4,2Ghz with a Hyper 212 EVO (with a better MB ofc)  ^_^
