If you have a monitor that is nothing special and you dont mind modding adding vesa mounting is easy.

All you need is to take the back panel off, drill 4 holes, and use bolts and nuts to secure it to the mount.

Ive got an old old 32" tv in the shed i had to do that to and have had no issues in over two years.

Yes. You can look at https://gladiatorjoe.com/ Its where I bought mine for my monitor. They didnt have the template for my monitor so they had me take pictures and send it to them and they made one for my monitor since Acer changes styles on there stuff every year or 2.

This was a few years ago, but the last paper I read (at least that I can remember specifically. I know for a fact that I've read many papers since then, and even this week, but I just can't remember specifically what they were) was in my universities online library behind a login portal.

It was a paper on how to make more efficient explosively pumped flux compression generators using specially shaped charges to compress specifically shaped metal in a specific way so as to effectively multiply the energy that an explosion generates. Essentially, the paper proposed that you could reduce the size of EPFCGs such that a powerful and effective EMP weapon could be body carryable.

No, this isn't a joke. Explosively Pumped Flux Compression Generators are a real thing. They use non-nuclear explosions to induce powerful electrical currents in a form of transformer that generates a metric whack ton sized electromagnetic pulse.

This one about DenseNet, since I'm planning on using it for some tasks and compare it against other architectures.

Does a two minute papers video count? if so:
I looked a bit at the paper the video was about, but didn't read the whole thing.

I recently went on Google Docs to get a spreadsheet I just made. It didn't have the one I made, but for some reason it did have one on the dynamic range of a gramophone or something, which I guess I deleted, because it's not there now. I don't know when I read it, or why, but I did.

You could even take a tinfoil hat, put it on, stick your PSU to your head, while it's plugged in and you'd be grounded.

Seriously tho, just connect your PSU to a wall outlet and touch it before handling any components. It'll be fine!

Just gotta have a way to electrically connect yourself to a grounded outlet.

    Weird question indeed.
With all things in life there is always the possibillity that something went wrong somewhere, but the chances of the GPU now being dead is basically zero.

PC hardware components can take quite an abuse nowadays, so don't worry to much!

    No, you're fine.
If it was in an antistatic bag it's totally not a problem, but even if it wasn't in the bag you'd be okay.
PC Hardware is pretty durable unless you start opening up the components themselves. (for example, you could probably drop an intel CPU off a roof, and as long as it didn't land on a super-hard surface and crack, there's a good chance that it would still work afterwards* Not reccomended though)
