Is it ok if i cant push my hd audio n usb 2.0 headers into the mobo all the way?

Both connectors have a specific pins, that are not filled. Make sure you got the connector in correct orientation. Also, USB 2 pins are very delicate, so make sure you did not bend or break any.

The plastic on both should be flush, and also needs little presure to do so.
Check you plugs if theres no durt in it, and as @jj9987 said check for correct placement and orientation.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
