Meowster got a reaction from Slat in Looking for the name of Chrome extension LTT sponsored
You mean Privacy.com? I use it almost every single time I buy something online. You make a virtual credit card and set a limit for it and you can then delete the card. I use it a lot

A Dell Optiplex with a Core i3 or i5 should do fine. But they can only output 2 monitors. Apart from that, it should suit you perfectly. They are also very cheap nowadays. Since all you will be doing is spreadsheets a Core i3 is all you basically need. If you need you can always throw in a discreet GPU which will increase graphics performance and quality

I’ve spent the last 20-30mins looking for it but to no avail, maybe someone here will remember
the app/extension was a credit card hider which made it so you could make purchases online with out actually using ur personal card info, u could also make one time purchase card, for say a kid and even set limits to that card. This is all information I got from wat Linus said in the video/s. A quick response would be much appreciated as I need this now....

Meowster reacted to Fasauceome in eMMC VS Normal SSD
Well, actually they end up about at the same performance level. I've owned 2 laptops with eMMC storage, it's about the same experience.
Of course, since I have a tendency to drop things, I'm quote glad they didn't use mechanical storage.

Think of it like a sd card built into the board, its cheap, but slower than most other ssds. Still normally faster than hdds.

Can't remember which was first, probably both around the same time.
Gameboy and NES, Duck Hunt and Tetris I remember quite well.
Packard Bell with Windows 3.1. Either it was Rogue or a game similar to it. So much dying. Plus, Tanks, a lot, a lot of playing Tanks. Bouncy walls be fun.

On the N64, which we still have: Mario Kart, Super Mario Party, that Sports game where you could Snowboard, James Bond Golden Eye. We've actually got about 50 if nor more games for the N64 and I played pretty much all of them but I was like 8 or 9 at the time where I was actively playing on it.
On PC, on Windows XP to be specific: Super Maro Bros

I honestly don't remember, it was either devil man the dot muncher, tennis, or hang man on a generic early console. Early 80's was the period.

Descent, Doom and Warcraft Orcs vs Humans were my first games. I did a show and tell in Kindergarten with the Warcraft CD manual.
My father and I played my first internet game of Warcraft over a 56k dial up connection against one of his buddies who smoked us.

I recently picked up my first vintage machine, a VIC 20. Any user tips?
I can't actually remember what order I started playing games in. It was either: Super Mario World, HyperZone, one of the Pokemon games that was available at Game Boy Advance Platinum launch, or Microsoft Flight Simulator 4.
The one I recall the most is Microsoft Flight Simulator 4, but that may just be because I played that all the time.
