Well you simply fucked up severely. Sure there are fixes to get it to boot but many commands will not work. Only real fix is to reinstall Manjaro. What you basically did was modify permissions for the root folder which almost always kills a PC no matter the permissions. You have it set to read write.
And you can change the permissions if you spend days working on a fix. It is "possible" but not practical in any sense as it has a high chance of not working, and if it does, stuff like Sudo will shut down as a similar command I ran when I first used Linux basically shut down Sudo and I could not fix it.

    TL;DR:
Reinstalling is the better option (from experience)

Good luck, if there are any errors, feel free to DM me! There shouldn't be any but if anything comes up I might be able to help!

Yes I have 1 tb exactly right now, but I have another free slot to add some more. I have read that of one os devouring another and I thought it was really rare/weird too.  Thanks a lot! ?

Before actually working on this I highly recommend at LEAST a terabyte of storage. This way you aren't limited too much. Now the steps of doing this are rather easy. There is a hard way (which even a beginner can do with a guide) and the easy way (that might not wanna work with you sometimes).

    Easy Way
Install Windows Install Mint (when it talks about disc ask to install along-side Windows) Install Kali (again ask it to install along side those two) Now issues with this are that sometimes it won't allow a triple boot without eating one of them. However this is rare.
    Hard Way
(this way works best, as it literally works with you)
Install Windows  While installing go to partition manager Set the partition to around 333.33GB Continue installation Install Mint While installing, on how to install click the option for custom partitions Set a new partition to 333.33GB like Windows Continue with installation Install Kali Same as Windows and Linux Mint Set the size to 333.33GB  Continue Once all are installed make sure ALL of them work properly. General info (Not 100% important tbh)
Now boot loader is rather unnecessary, but not completely, just make sure the one you need most often boots first, or at least know which button to hit to switch between operating systems. Be sure to keep an eye on each install as triple booting can cause errors in the disk, even though very rare, has happened to me on triple boot systems (as they sometimes don't play nicely). Make sure none of them devour another OS (which is rare but I know people who had this happen). Also general rule of multi-booting in general (duel boot, triple boot, quad boot, etc), never try to run multiple OS's at once, even though it is TECHNICALLY possible, it is a pain in the butt and not worth it for any situation.

Mint should do more than fine, I tested it with similar specs. I would however keep a backup plan of Lubuntu, that is a general rule of Linux. Always have a backup plan. General rule of life to be honest.

Even that i won't recommend it, you could load your game files on a removable harddrive. Within steam everytime you start just add the drive as source location and it should automagically enable the games. (linus (and others) uses a similar technique in his testing)

Today I woke up at noon for whatever reason. I saw my cat laying near me (the one pictured below). As I went to pet her little head, something felt off. I did not realize how bad this day was going to be until I touched her little head. It was cold. I was instantly stunned, got out of bed, sobbing my ass off. This was in the span of 2 minutes after waking up. I yelled for anyone in the house to help. My little brother was the only one home. I got my phone to call my mom asap but it was dead. I quickly got on Facebook, told my stepdad to get home asap because our princess has died. They rushed home and we wrapped her in a blanket, brought her to the vet to get cremated, tried to eat (I couldn't eat, not even my fat-ass nature could help me). This was the worst day of my life.

Her name was Wiggles and we got her when I was 3 (I am 16). She was super healthy and happy up until her last moments alive. Other than the checkups my family did with her, no vet visits ever. She had fun, ate healthy (but still was chubby), socialized with our other 3 cats, socialized with humans. The only time she was ever unhappy was when we moved and tbh none of our cats liked it. She was one of two cats of ours that have died (one died a few years back from a poisonous spider in the garage, which from that point on we took all possible precautions to protect the rest of our cats). She was our 2nd oldest, our oldest being Tom (who is 14). She and Tom were awesome to each other (tom and wiggles in pic 2, stealing one of our dogs doggy bed). She always went to cuddle me when my depression got super bad, and she always squeaked at me when she knew i needed love (she never meowed only squeaked).

Nettly_ got a reaction from Hi P in Linux distros for development?
Any distro can code. But just like how any distro can game, some can do it better. There are many distros that are better for devs than others, OpenSUSE for example runs smooth and there is good compilers (along with GNU stuff like GCC and G++). Ubuntu is also a good one especially if you plan on using .NET languages (like C#, Q#, M#, VB.NET) then Ubuntu (in my experience) has been the best option. However if this is pure Linux development then Fedora, OpenSUSE, Debian, and Arch are better options. Arch is also good for .NET but I have had many issues with Arch crashing.

In short focus on: Ubuntu, Debian, OpenSUSE, Arch and Fedora. Pick the one that suits your fancy, and use it!

Dropping into echo Pop!_OS. It's what I use at my job and it works great. Especially if you have a dedicated graphics card as it makes it really easy to get it working in Linux with easy ways to manually turn it on and off.
