I just wish nvidia released that FE design for the RTX 3060. I'm not buying one but it looks interesting enough. Is that an axial fan in the place of a blower?

It depends on the load. Since the card is running something 2D, the power state is set to P2. It'll only switch to P0 (max power state) under a 3D load.

Your card is in the P2 state where the memory speed runs a few MHz lower. In the P0 state your memory clocks will be normal (7000MHz displayed in Afterburner assuming your memory runs at an effective speed of 14GHz).

If that's a manual OC, 1.4V is huge compared to the clock that you've achieved. If it's PBO then disregard. Those spikes are normal.

Or just flash any BIOS that isn't the 3090 "XOC" BIOS. Like the XC3, KPE or Strix BIOS.
