it all depends what hes going t to with the pc..... for games yes there is no difference. but for ram heavy options faster ram will definitely make a difference. especially for the price of $90 for a 2133mhz ram kit. its a good choice to go with for the money

Depends. If you use a 5.25" bay, don't go 750D. It's just totally ugly. 

750d is more hyphy in my opinion. i choose the 750d and its corsair.
