    In South korea we use 'hancom hangul' instead of office word to create documents, and Linux isn't compatible with Hancom. And In south korea the school tells which fonts to use for the document, and linux isn't compatible with the fonts that the school requires us to use. Also, I find Wine to be buggy sometimes. 
    I will never use Linux. Don't say anything about linux.

    Im asking about if intel released a new i3, but the new i3 is 4 core, will it have the simillar performance as the old 2 core i3?

    In south korea, a Ryzen 1700 costs $419, but a Core i7 7700 costs $369. Aren't AMD Ryzen chips supposed to be cheaper than Intel?
    Also, A Ryzen 1700x is $100 more expensive than a i7 7700k.

    Get the 7700K. There aren't many performance differences between the 7700K and the 6800K. Also, the 7700K has the newer technology, such as the Intel Optane.

    It may be the GPU causing the problem.
    1. Replug the GPU from the motherboard
    2. Replug the DP cable

    GTX 1060 all the way. RX 480 has less performance than the GTX 1060 at a same price!
