    If that's the case, and the CPU is out of warranty, I would suggest lapping the IHS to try and get a better contact on the cooler. Otherwise, it may not be a bad idea to RMA it

    Could be time for a fresh windows install. Also, you said that it only happens when you move your mouse, but it actually looks like it's dropping when it's drawing a lot of new geometry, but just in case, have you tried with a different mouse?

    @TreyYaBoy
    I would go look at Noctua's heatsink lineup then, they have some really great low-profile air coolers, they're just a little pricier than regular tower-style heatsinks.

    At 120mm, unless you're getting a REALLY thicccc rad, you're best off with (my cooler of choice), a hyper212 evo, now going for $30

    Windows is sometimes veeeeery weird about doing display handoffs, and sometimes leftover driver files try initializing during dusplay handoffs. Have you tried using DDU to uninstall your drivers then re-install them?

    Sounds like corrupted system files. You can run command prompt in admin mode and try sfc /scannow and see if it finds and fixes the files, otherwise it's probably time for a fresh windows install.

    All of them, CPU, MOBO, GPU, PSU, Memory, and if you have a network card installed or not

    Tth gen with 1050ti will probably run better since at those specs the GPU will probably be the bottleneck, not the CPU

    Better, but I would still probably wait a few months because any Q1 announcements generally lower price on older cards anyway since sellers have to clear out inventory.

    If it does, you might want to check and see if there's a BIOS update for your mobo, Ryzen is still a new architecture and you might be behind on some updates that could fix it

    go with the i7, don't buy another motherboard, it'll save money and intel has better single threaded preformance, which is good in games.

    motherboard will support the processor out of the box, try with 1 stick of ram and no drives/ video card plugged in, if it still doesn't post use the other stick of ram

    If your mobo still posts and boots into windows, there "shouldn't" be an issue with it

    Really your best bet would be to sit down with your PSU and PSU manual with a voltometer and just start testing each lead and making sure the right voltage is coming through, after that your next best bet if the PSU tests fine would be to do a CMOS reset in case there's something that got modified in the BIOS

    honestly if its from msi its going to be a good card, what cpu cooler are you using on the 6600k?

    You could actually just run a FX-8320 and OC it up to the 8350 speeds to save about $30 since they're the same chip.
