What do you guys think I should change? P.S.: Since I am an student, I am in a real tight budget, if you could take that into consideration would be pleasant. :D

You could actually just run a FX-8320 and OC it up to the 8350 speeds to save about $30 since they're the same chip.

at this point in time going amd is a bit pointless, either save up a bit more and get an i5 6500/6600k or wait for zen

or like @zMeul suggested, get a 6100, and that will give you an upgrade path later down the line

Guys, I was researching and i actually made myself a better rig with your suggestions:

MOBO: Asus H170 Pro Gaming

Processor: i3 6300
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 2400MHz

and the rest is the same

do you think I should get an i5 6400?
People usually say that my gpu will be bottlenecked by the i3 6300

do you think I should exchange the i3 6300 for an i5 6400? Is it worth?

Try and get the 6500 if you can, as if not get the i5, because you're going from 2 physical cores to 4

I think that if I sell some other stuff I can invest in an 6600k

worth it?

ahhh

before I even forget, I am building a black and white build. Do you have any suggestions of case fans, cpu coolers, and spray paint I should use? (Spray paint because I am painting some parts of the gabinet)

Cooler: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cryorig-CR-H7A-H7-alle-Sockel/dp/B00S7YA5FQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480964102&sr=8-1&keywords=cryorig+h7

Paint: Plasti dip if you want to be able to remove it, and automotive paint if you are willing to spend the time to make it look good

Fans: Maybe just some corsair black ones with white leds?

There is no Cryorig H7 here in Brazil :/
