Quite a lot to read, but from what I did read you think that new fancy tech is "useless" since your ps4 can play games, and your phone can do "work"
But that doesn't apply for other people. Some people want better performance than a ps4 and like how customizable a PC, or any computer in general is. Sure your phone and tablet can do work, but not on the levels of a PC. You can type, but it will almost always be comfortable to be typing on a nice big 23" screen rather than a 5" phone.

Like the others say, it will probably fail, like @Slottr said, some knowledge about business will help a lot, but it just simply isn't that profitable and people don't really know much about custom building, and when they do, they opt to do it themselves. You're much better off starting something like a PC repair business.
Or you install a 1 year copy of windows for $50 bucks and tell the people it's a lifetime copy.... works for the guy that put windows on my PC

The sellers listed on the left are local stores AFAIK and the rest of the list are essentially pre-builts from Dell and various others who ship to my city, being sold for ridiculous amount of money too. Google Shopping has always been useless here.
