I wouldn't get that build, it's not very good value. If you can squeeze out a little more budget, I'd get this:

There's some that are under $100. The prices of SSDs are set to drop dramatically over the next few months, and predictions are it'll hit about $0.08/GB...making this rather expensive

It's cheaper, but no, they're different in terms of production so it won't see as drastic a drop.

In the next month or two I'm definitely buying a couple of 2TB SSDs before the prices go back up.

BTW I don't use USD as a currency I use RAND, I live in south africa and I buy all my tech at Rebletech and Evetech

So those price don't mean anything to me cause they difer greatly from the actual purchase of the product

So my budget is R15000, so if you can choose products that are available at Rebletech or Evetech that is R15 000 or less that would be great!

no need for 8+gb ram not going to need it at the moment

heard the 1060 strixx and the rx580 are at a 2%margin difference favoring the 1060

I couldn't quite find something that worked, but I'd save a little more and see what the new AMD stuff is like.

You can also save a bit and get a much better system with an extra 10,000 or 15,000 rand.
