Roaming means when you're outside your coverage area from your provider, you can use other networks to keep communicating.

Impactful when you're outside the country.  No one thinks about it in-country, really.

I'll throw a wrench into all your ideas: The Sliger SM580. From what I've gathered and experienced personally, the best airflow pattern is exhaust on the top and bottom, but the temps you can get for being a SFF case are absolutely mental. Dust buildup is comically minimal as well.

Nor do little kids. When I was younger I flattened out the entire condenser a few days before my uncle showed up... during a heat wave... and he was heat-sensitive... Oops.

Freegeek twin cities was pretty much doing dollar day when I went, so I picked up an 800 MHz Coppermine P3 while I was there. Upgraded from a 500 MHz Katmai!
System runs pretty well. The Intel Pro/100+ NIC I got somewhere is quite nice.

I have no experience with Voicemeeter either, I don't want to give you some incorrect advice after spending 5 seconds Googling it and have it fuck your shit up. I was really hoping VM and EAPO would play nice.

You could give Equalizer APO a shot and see if it works. It's got a bit of a learning curve if you want to set up specific "presets," but I've had great luck with it. I use it personally to drop everything above 120Hz? by 4dB since my sub placement is absolute trash and the satellites will overpower it.

Strictly bent fins are fine. The only time they're a problem is if they somehow get bent so badly that they crack/tear the tubes the fluid actually flows through.

Well, or if it looks like a little kid encountered an air conditioner condenser for the first time. That would also be a problem. IYKYK

I guess it's only "kind of" retro thanks to the case, but still. Frankly I'm not sure where it's gonna end up, I might just throw it at my TV once I get that side of things more squared away. It DESPERATELY needs a Pure Rock Slim 2, the 6700K sits at 95-100C... In TF2. At some point I'm sure I'll be able to afford it but that time is not now.

Really only you can answer that question. If your PC isn't capable of keeping up with what you want it to do, then it's time. If it is though, then you may as well just keep it going how it is.

I know people that would love to have my system, yet I'm going insane not being able to throw my 12600KF to the curb in favor of a 7800X3D and my 2080 in favor of a 4080.

The Samsung option has a GPU that should be quite a bit faster, and their CPUs aren't far apart, though the i5 of the Packard would probably be a smidge faster. Overall the Samsung is probably your better option though.

The HD7670M could also... technically? run Fortnite, but it would not be an enjoyable experience.

DLSS even on my 2080 is truly incredible when the scene works well with it. Lately in Ghostwire Tokyo I have an issue where performance shits the bed until I reboot, so I have to go from quality DLSS to ultra performance, which means it renders at sub-720p... and it generally looks better than native 720p as long as there isn't rain.

flibberdipper got a reaction from Seren561 in Is this fan curve fine for rx 580?
Compared to the factory curve of pretty much every card made in the last decade, that is exceedingly aggressive. There really isn't a reason to have your fans be doing 100% by 80C.
