Just built this one. It has under glow lighting and I put box brown switches in.

I know it's expensive but I personally use the Ncase M1 and while I don't have a loop, a lot of people do put loops in it.
 
You can get a tempered glass side panel for it buying the case and side panel from sfflab

The pcb is called the org60, you can get it off taobao, I got the case off of massdrop there doesn't seem to be a specific brand, it's just a frosted acrylic case.

SLI on mini-itx. 
This has been done in a few pre-built sff gaming rigs and experimented with on smallformfactor.net/forum, so it can be done, but you have to know what you're looking for and do some digging to find any good information.
An LTT video could really help make it more of a thing.
 
Basically just pcie bifurcation to split itx's single pcie x16 slot into 2 x8 slots.
As Linus has shown before, x8 is not an issue even with the highest end gpus.

A 2.0 install doesn't even take 20mins, so it doesn't matter really.

kinguin has pro keys for like $25 so you could buy that, activate your w8 installation, upgrade that to w8.1 (free), then use the w10 accessibility upgrade to get to w10 pro.
 
Or they have w10 pro key for around $30 and you could just do a clean install there.

yes, it is a hybrid tube amp, but the tube it comes with doesn't really share the typical tube sound. I would probably get a 6CG7 EH tube for it

You still can upgrade to windows 10 for free if you use the "Windows 10 upgrade for assistive technology users"
just look that up for more information.
