Okay so I'm someone who likes standards. I like the 16:9 and even 16:10 ARs of most screens. I absolutely despise this >16:9 bullcrap.

Here are the facts as I understand them. My PC blue screens with memory_management and attempted_to_write_to_read_only_memory. I've run Windows memory diagnostic with 0 errors. Same with Memtest86 v5. Premiere Pro no longer renders my videos without crashing and AME renders them with an exponential curve of how long it takes to complete. Almost like a car going through gears and accelerating. I am completely lost for words. I almost missed upload schedule today and I cannot have that happen again.

The simple answer is no its not compatible because your m.2 is either m key or b+m key 
And bt wifi cards are e key or a+e key most wifi slots are only 2230 and won't fit into b or m key slots mostly found on laptops

More amps is more resistance and also the same amount of heat is being released in less time

sounds like a RAM issue....not windows.
 
click start > run > mdsched.exe 
 
and see if it gives you any errors with your RAM. 
 
you can then try running with one stick, then the other and see if you can narrow down which one is giving you problems.
 
Do you happen to be running and XMP profile for your RAM? if so, remove that as well

For me I would remove one of the ram. Then restart. Do it with second one.
 
If by any chance your system does not star, then the stick is defective. Do RMA . most memory have a lifetime warranty.

Mr Moose had an interesting point that makes some reasonable amount of sense. These kind of things do make you wonder about why an how these things come into being.
 
I did like how the first reply is an example of what the OP is talking about.

It's actually interesting watching people deal with their ideals.  I have yet to read or peruse any research that delves into how we attain said ideals, but it seems defending them is related to a survival instinct.  Apparently being wrong indicates a flaw or failure and uncertainty, uncertainty leads to fear which is experienced as a danger warming from an evolutionary conditioning.  Much like many other facets of humanity that appear to reject reality/rational thought when confronted, people tend to ignore the facts and dig their resolve deeper into which ever ideal they have (in this case the belief that company A will look after them).

Then there are people who think they are above this and understand it all and try to dismiss said research, which actually only provides a case in point that the science is mostly correct.

Because they have to convince themselves that they made the right choice. You will generally find that fanboys are more aggressive the more expensive something is. Xbox fans say PlayStation is shit, and PlayStation says the Xbox is shit because they could likely only afford one (or their mother was only willing to buy them one) and therefore they need to defend their choice so they don't get buyers remorse. they don't want to be wrong. same can be applied to anything else. Intel vs AMD, NVidia vs ATI/AMD, Android vs iPhone, Windows vs Apple etc

my main concern is people that take the jokes seriously (of any fandom really). these devices compete very well in their market and i give the companies responsible full respect. But some of the jokes ive seen have been taken seriously and it just makes everything chaotic

100% agree, Idk why people hate so much just because of a simple choice. It's the same with the console wars and console vs PC. I play on both so I get the best of both worlds but honestly the only difference between the consoles is personal preference. The base systems are basically exactly the same and yes the Pro and One X have the usual power struggle they still both play games at 4k. It all comes down to what the user wants and prefers. I prefer iOS on my mobile devices because I just need a simple, quick, efficient and beautiful device and imo Android has too much faff for me. On the other hand I prefer Windows to Mac or Linux for my desktop because I want and need to be able to control stuff a little more. Making choices isn't clear cut, different factors for different people, respect or at least accept their decision and move on.

Because people are biased idiots and can't imagine a use outside of their own. 

people seem to think everything is black and white. the answer for a good device isn't simple.
im sorry to say this but no company is perfect and neither are their products and people fail to see this.

Yea, if the bake does not work (if it comes to that) I will probably put it up on ebay with full disclosure of what I did for like 40$ plus shipping. I figure someone might need it for parts or they might have better instruments for repair. I mean this thing is basically a 1060 3gb with a little worse driver optimization at the end of the day. 

I haven't got a lot of knowledge on PCB repairs, but here in the UK I know a guy who does real old school board repair with things like this. Getting a specialist to look at it may actually be a waste of money depending on the pricing of the service itself.

Yea, it's really just a pet project so the only money i'm willing to put into it is the 10$ for a used toaster oven. I only have 20$ in the card.

if you put it in a system with another Display out, is the 780 card still recognised? If it is then it would signal a display out problem, not a total GPU failure.
