I think that he is talking about the fact that big air coolers like the 212 evo are quite heavy and protrude from the mobo quite a lot, providing extra lever to apply eventual force on the motherboard, if the pc is shaken. Liquid is better in this instance since the block is usually quite small not very heavy, and does not protrude from the mobo. Besides all in one watercooling is quite good and reliable these days.

yes it will work. It will underclock itself to whatever your mobo/cpu supports. Yes it will work if you upgrade to something that supports it. The difference in performance isn't that great.

Also, i wouldn't pick a strix card, they are sooooo horribly overpriced!

the ending of mad max is not AS shittty as mass effect three's though, its more of a sentimental train in the face if you know what i mean. Anyways overall you should be pleasantly surprised by mad max. have a good time!

In my opinion, mad max is the better game between the two. You don't have to pay every month to plas TES:online. BEWARE though that playing and finishing mad max will get you in a depression almost as bad as the ending of ME3

I would maybe go with a xeon E3-1231 v3. great editing performance for a fraction of the price. You can then use the saved money to buy a better gpu! because an extreme series processor is quite an overkill with a gtx 960 or R380 .
 
(other xeons are great as well, you can get one that fits you price and needs better, and still will be less pricy)

So... DDRx is a standard memory format for most tower PC's. the number is the generation, higher means better, and probably faster ram (in mhz). Some laptop use DDRx full, but most use SO-DIMM form factor which has generations like the normal form factor.
