You won't see more than 60 if you have a 60Hz monitor, and if you do then you'll only see less than a full frame.

That will happen if you don't limit to 60. Some games like Skyrim will have bugs if they have too high of a framerate, Skyrim being one of the games where physics bugs occur if you go over about 90FPS. Some games limit FPS to keep your GPU from running too hard for no reason.

Maybe make the times a little smaller, as they are as big as the station/location name. Then use that extra space for a bigger map or something, otherwise it looks pretty good.

KFA2 is essentially the rebrand of Galaxy, that being said it's a pretty good 770, not the best though.

Don't go EVGA either, go Gigabyte for your GTX 980s. If this is a gaming rig, go 4790K, ASUS Maximus VII Formula or Z97 Deluxe, some DDR3 2400/2666 RAM, 2 240/250/256GB SSDs and a WD Black 3TB mass storage drive. Razer peripherals are crap too, get a nice Corsair/Ducky/Das Keyboard keyboard and a Logitech/Corsair mouse. The 750D is crap for airflow, I have one and it's horrible.

ASUS UBF should be fine as long as you have power. It shouldn't need a BIOS flash though, only if you go G3258, 4690K or 4790K.

But how good does it look? I can imagine something like Goat Simulator or Minecraft would run @ 1080p60 on both consoles.
I really wish devs would give console players a 30FPS/60FPS slider. Let console players choose their framerate, resolution and or graphics like PC players do.

Intel Extreme Edition CPUs are not recommended for gaming as their Z-series boards and mainstream unlocked i5 and i7 CPUs are more than enough, especially if you overclock them. A GPU upgrade is all I would do, maybe to a 970 or 980.

Try getting a Hyper 212 Evo (best $30-35 air cooler IMO) or replacing the TIM on your cooler with something like Arctic Cooling MX-4, Tuniq TX-4, Coolaboratory Liquid Pro or Noctua NT-H1.

It is because of your low RAM, Windows tends to use above 1.5GB of it on an x64 install, and BF4 is a RAM hog. 4GB isn't enough these days, but 8GB will last you quite a while.
