    Between an i5 8600K and an i5 9600K I'd take an i7 8700K.

lol seriously though since the ONLY difference between the 8600K and 9600K is the soldered IHS and this changes about nothing in how likely you are to get 5ghz, get whichever you want but consider the i7 8700K because hyper-threading and more cache helps.

i couldn't even game without stuttering on a 8600k, add streaming to that....

you can easily switch to a 8700/k, or update the bios for 9900k, prices have dropped.

Well I kinda knew from the start that this CPU isn't meant for playing and streaming, and to be honest it's fine for me, since I'm not into streaming at all.
Games work great with this CPU, but it does get to 85% usage pretty fast.
If Zen3 will be as great as everyone is hoping it to be, I will switch for sure. Otherwise I will just stay with my 8600k for another year

As i5 8600k owner at 4,8GHz daily overclock, I can just say that I'm waiting for Ryzen 3xxx series.
If new Ryzen can achieve 200cb score in cinebench single core performance, I'm going with 12c/24 chip for sure.

In my case, just playing a game will get my CPU to 85% most of the time.
It does have 6 very strong cores, but games can be demanding. Can't imagine also putting stress of encoding and streaming on my CPU while I'm gaming.

You should enable your iGPU on the BIOS and stream using QuickSync.

Streaming requires the CPU to encode what you're capturing to whatever codec you're using for the video stream. So this is expected. If you don't care about absolute quality (likely you're using x264 as the encoder), have OBS use QuickSync or NVENC to offload the encoding work to something else.

Don't play a horribly unoptimized game know for horrible stuttering.

You'll see a different bios layout on the guide, but the fundamentals will be the same so there should be no problem.

This should be helpful, the 8600k is basically the same a the 8700k just without hyper-threading. You should be able to get 4.8-5.0 all day at 1.35V, although some CPUs need more power.

best config for that case is intake on the bottom, pull config on the side with the AIO and exhaust at the top

you can also purchase the NZXT grid v3 for centralized fan control

To me, the easiest solution 2x 3-pack Corsair HD/LL/SP120 RGB fans, with the Corsair 150i AIO and a Commander Pro.

The fans have 2 connector: one 4-pin power connector that you put in the commander pro and one RGB header that goes in the fan hub which in turn goes in the commander pro. It's gonna be easy, you'll see
The fans with lighten you PC so hard that you won't need RGB fans on the 360mm rad, just keep the stock ones.

You'll be able to sync and control the lighting trough the iCue Software Corsair provides.

I'd go for the HD120 since they lighten up on their sides. Here's how my H500P mesh looks like with those fans, look how luch light it makes. Considering your Case is white, it's gonna be even brighter

For RGB fans that are Aura capable the list is fairly short, one I would recommend would be the Cooler Master units. The Corsair units require their own controller and software via Corsair link so they cannot be synced with the motherboard.

Unless you have a place to store all of those components, it'd be cheaper in the long term to order as much as necessary. Not to mention for computer hardware, I can't imagine getting a decent enough discount to matter.

For this kind of business, especially as an independent shop owner, you make your money on selling a service, not products.

    Hey,
I would recommend trying to go through main suppliers rather than through third party companies, also keep in mind that if you buy too much then you would have to find a place to store it and so I would advise not buying any specialist components. For example, if you want to repair phones, you could buy large amounts of screens are well as batteries and things like that, however I wouldn't advise buying large amounts for uncommon phones, things like iPhone's and Samsung devices are more common and therefore it is best to buy more components from those.

It may be worth speaking to a tech store in your area and finding out where they source their components from, try not to let them know that you are planning to set up a company for it however as this may cause you more problems.

Some commercial sites also do discounts if you order large amounts and you  are willing to wait, for example, if you purchase 10 screens on ebay you will get a better price for each one than if you were to buy them individually.

    Hope this helps.

Last person i knew was @MANIDY inc. He had great deal on some cpus.

You could get a high core count cpu, and then do some virtualization to have multiple computers on one computer like in 10 gamers, 1 cpu

i have built one, and here are my experiences

The first part is components finding a graphics card (for me) that could have brackets fitted took weeks, the motherboard, psu, and drives were easy though.
If your going to liquid cool your cpu check vibrations coming from the pump, my original nzxt one did and was only amplified through the table, in the end i swapped it out for a low cpu cooler.
Cable's are SO important, you must take into account lengths and ensure you have some way of keeping all the cables attached to the desk
And lastly, ensure that the components are protected, my desk has an acrylic sheet covering it so you cant touch the components, trust me last thing you want to do is bang your knee into  your graphics card, mobo etc.... and break it

overall there are great fun to build, but dont expect it to be quick, took me 3 days of solid work just on the cables

    good luck

Keep any components with moving parts far away form your legs. Keep cables tight and neat. Secure parts as well as possible.
