Can someone find me a guide for overclocking 8600k?

*First time overclocking*

 

I know cooling will be a question and I have an EVGA 240 CLC. Hoping to find step by step to get me up to 4.5-4.7 without stressing much. Seen a few vids of people getting it up about 5.0 and stable. By no means do I want that in my life lol.

Board is an ASUS Z370 E. That guide prolly would not work...? sorry should have mentioned that as well.

You'll see a different bios layout on the guide, but the fundamentals will be the same so there should be no problem.
