Off-topic a bit but yea, it's kinda hard to avoid the "Google" ecosystem. On android phones you're stuck with the usual Graphene/Calyx alternative which isn't perfect but there's no better solution aside from Linux which is nothing but good for your regular user ATM, and on your computer aside from using Firefox (or alternatives based on Gecko) and a specific search engine* you simply can't avoid it. And now since ~10 years or so they even have their own OS. It's very clear they want us to consider them as part of our daily lives much like Apple, and make us think all our data is safe with them (which isn't). Kinda sucks but it makes it easier for the consumer, everyone around me is dependent on Google right now 😕

Google is the only company that's absolutely everywhere. No matter what you do, you're interacting with them and generating profit for them in one way or another. They're after Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, and Meta all at the same time and I do not doubt in my mind that they can succeed and grab a massive chunk out of each company's market share.

Yes, this can work. The PSU connected to the motherboard will turn on the moment you press the power button.
The PSU connected to the GPU will have to be jumped. You will need a paper clip or some other piece of metal to bridge two of the pins on the 24-pin connector. Afterwards you flip the power switch on the back of the PSU and then you turn on the system.

    Should look something like this:

Might I remind you that Linus started out on NCIX's YT channel, Paul and Kyle both started out on Newegg and Logan from Tek Syndicate started out on TigerDirect?
It's not like companies haven't tried...

And now it's probably simply too late and not diverse enough content to watch a company's YT channel. Razer's YT channel is just full of ... well, Razer laptops. Who wants to watch that?

Of course. Do women go out only with half their makeup done? No, they want to look the best they can.

Yes, they work. They just change the form factor of the connector.

However, these cards do not add support for NVMe. So if your PC doesn't support NVMe SSDs yet, then it won't either with a card like this. Also important to note is that you should always keep the number of available PCI-e lanes in mind. Installing additional PCI-e devices will take up additional lanes and can cause SATA and other PCI-e devices to be disabled or run at a slower speed.

Generally, in the case of these "will this work" questions, it helps to share why you are concerned it won't work, and then people will be able to address your concerns and clear up any possible misconceptions in more detail.

Most likely the connection between the NAS and switch is running at 100Mbps, check cable/settings.

    10mbps is only 1.25MB/s !
In comparison, I can transfer sequential data to my NAS at up to 100MB/s.

It can certainly still be a problem, but it works in favor of reviewers, so it's not all bad.

That doesn't mean it's all good. Like I mentioned, Userbenchmark is technically a third party, and it is sadly trusted by millions...

I suspect that it will be the most user-friendly AR headset for non-techies, the only headset that your grandma won’t freak out in if she wears.

Personally, I don’t understand the purpose of the Vision Pro besides using it for entertainment purposes (watching movies and playing games). If I want to do more advanced tasks I still have to bring a MacBook apparently…
