Shally got a reaction from Dactar in Can i charge my usb C phone with my usb C laptop charger?
Since this is the first post you see when you google the related question, I'll put this here:
I'm charging my S9 with my lenovo ideapad charger and it charges at a seemingly standard rate.

The PSU IS decent, as tested by gamer's nexus. Nothing a serious enthusiast would use, but it's not "burn your house down" terrible.

However, the front case thing is shitty.

I would highly recommend getting one and testing your outlets.

This is a good thing. It means designs are being polished.

What more do you expect in a phone? Spec bumps and battery are totally fine.

no because that would be illegal. But I shouldn't have to risk thousands to clean out dust because Apple didnt put any filters in.

Cleaning out a computer case requires two Phillips head screws, and at best thumb screws. I don't have to take my case to corsair or HP to have them clean it for me because I can't get the tools required.

I work at a ubreakifix, I work with iMacs. Apple makes it difficult on purpose so you basically have to break something to get into it. We don’t of course, but even with professional 3rd part apples bullshit prevents us from doing a good job

Apple is actively preventing just that. They are using ICE to seize replacement parts as they are arriving from overseas so unless you purchase the part directly from Apple (not possible unless you're an authorized repair shop) there's a possibility that a replacement screen you ordered on eBay might never arrive.

I'm shocked at how many people of this sub aren't willing to even consider changing their ways even when told about how beneficial this stuff is. It will literally save so many lives in the long run but "hur dur I want natural meat with my natural medication and my natural lifestyle, who cares if it's killing both humans and animals"
