well there are more than a few trolls out there...

Folding@home also puts a different load on your card than a gaming scenario or traditional 
stress testing software would, no it wouldn't be any good for checking your oc other than to
see if your oc would work in f@h. It's also just a very silly thing to do when you have dedicated
software for this exact purpose that just straight up works better, and won't put unnecessary 
load on their servers borking wu's. 

well while im not 100 percent sure i think wall power in germany is usually pretty constant. have had no problems with that in the past ever and dont know anybody who did. as mentionend to other i think its fixed now. the coming days will tell. lets not hope anything else is broke.

well i reinstalled windows on sunday and am now running tested ram. system specs are in sig. lets hope its not psu. for now its fine

EDIT: the only concern is if you need to send it in for warrantee and they need the bar code which you sent in. Doesnt usually happen, but to be safe - you should make a photocopy of the bar code when you send in the real one and keep the copy for your records.
 
EDIT^2: You have to have the rebate form postmarked within 30 days of the purchase I believe.

I think you could be a bit more aggressive, but be careful as low bitrate DSLR video falls apart fast if pushed TOO far
Make the shadows tend towards blue, and the highlights / mid tons towards orange - this can really help with the cinematic look, 

So... Recently (last 3 months for so) I have found a PC shop (Well known company) where they throw out old PC parts. I noticed this one day whilst i was out the back of the store.

After running more diagnostic tools, and more windows updates, the problem has been revealed.
 
CBS Manifest is corrupt. 
 
From here i will still most likely be upgrading to W10 regardless, because DX12.

EDIT: forgot to mention that if you are upgrading you cannot make a usb tool, but have to go through with the software upgrade process...kinda annoying.

Already started making it before I even posted.
 
The problem is I already did that, and they didn't uninstall. I know there are a few things that can't be uninstalled, any maybe those are two of them.
 
Also, I decided (ironically considering your glorious Gaben photo) to try uninstalling Steam, and it seems that Stream was causing some issues, as I am now booted into Windows. 
 
Some other programs are also crashing windows, so I am going to try to revert some Catalyst drivers to older versions, maybe Level 3 program faulty interaction (wording?) is causing some kernel issues. At least I'm booted in, and installing MOAR WINDOWS UPDATES to hopefully fix the broken ones and maybe there is a fix in one of them. 

Unfortunately there were no restore points to go back to for some reason. I find that odd as well, probably should have put that in the OP.
 
At this point I think I might as well. Despite the fact I don't have a windows 10 key, I'm sure I can find someone with an extra one laying around.
