If you look at this PSU or other product you can read : Valid from Nov 26, 2015 to Nov 30, 2015. Limit 1 rebate(s) per custom.

 

Does that mean I get the MIR if I buy before the 30th or I have to send it before that time?

Also do MIR actually work or not?

You have to buy within that time frame. Also yes MIRs do work (they send you a visa card after like a month.)

EDIT: the only concern is if you need to send it in for warrantee and they need the bar code which you sent in. Doesnt usually happen, but to be safe - you should make a photocopy of the bar code when you send in the real one and keep the copy for your records.

 

EDIT^2: You have to have the rebate form postmarked within 30 days of the purchase I believe.
