What does this mean on my FreeNAS box mean?

do you have a home storage server?

 

Log into your router and see what is being assigned what IPs... seems like you have a conflict

 

it looks like its a log of some sort. where does it show up?

It was a Btsync jail with the same ip. https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/what-does-this-mean-i-get-it-every-second.37075/#post-226668

I get this every god damn second for the past day. What is this?

Yeah. I got that I have two of the same ips but cant figure out what
