peanutsrevenge got a reaction from Tech_Dreamer in So, Linus (uncanny resemblance) is Antifa and got run-over
No, it's probably not actually Linus, but that resemblance though (and stupidity to run across the road without looking).....
https://www.rt.com/usa/414096-portland-antifa-hit-truck/
P.S given how he was supposedly killed (one of the times), being marched carrying own crucifix, I don't think "Jesus" would be too impressed with people 'marching for Jesus'. Just sayin'

And this is why I'm leaving the UK. I'm done with it, sucks for me. Gonna go live in Finland in the middle of nowhere.

And terrorism is a perfect scapegoat, since the general public is terrified of terrorism. I'm sure tons of the citizens of the UK would bend over for you to probe their butts in the name of anti-terrorism, so nobody in the UK would fight this bill anyways. "I have nothing to hide" mentality, right?
Sad how politicians say "we won't let terrorists change us!" but then immediately further their surveillance and general powers in the name of fighting terrorism, and the majority of the populous is none the wiser.

peanutsrevenge reacted to tlink in Youtube finally has an official dark mode! (and more!)
source: https://www.youtube.com/new
well i don't really know what else to say, they also reworked some design and moved some feature options to the menu at the top right and basically reworked its framework. that top right menu is also where you can activate dark mode. you first have to sign up for the new youtube trough the link i provided as source though. i have been using shitty extensions until now, it finally is here way to late tbh. some screenshots below.

It does literally the same thing that Dark skin for Youtube did, and flawlessly if I may add.
It just cracks me up every time how much time multi billionaire corporations need to add some functions to their products, when a single person does that in in their free time.

peanutsrevenge got a reaction from iPolymer in What's up with these shitty thumbnails? - Honest Answers Ep. 5
It's been entertainment biased for as long as I've been watching.
CEO was an example of business.
Linus cares about his employees and therefore will do his best for the business for his employees.
It's ignorant to say businesses are run by people, but people have to leave their own personal beliefs and biases at the door when going to work and do what's best for the business, otherwise they'll be fired.

peanutsrevenge reacted to AriCode in Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8+ Review
It's not just the storage used why the iPhone feels smoother. It's a lot more, and it's down to the very roots of Android. As someone that has used the Pixel, Nexus 5, and 6, those also do slow down and lag.
Android needs a complete overhaul.

Really enjoying this increase in honesty/straight face stuff guys. It's nice to be reminded where your guys heads are over the years behind the camera.
As to this thumbnail thing, it's one more thing in the negative column for me along with a bunch of other stuff, but that column is still smaller than the positive as the core of LTT doesn't appear to have changed, authenticity and honesty with a dollop of humour.
The issue I'd bring up about 'just trying to expand the business', that's the same mentality as the corporations that you guys complain about all the time. They're just pushing farther and harder to reach increased profits as they've been operating so much longer. It's a tricky line to walk when operating a business, On the whole I think LMG has done exceptionally well, but that doesn't mean there haven't been missteps (AT&T?) along the way, it happens.
If only YouTube had some decent data to feed back to content creators to better understand who's complaining and who's applauding to better discern if it's just a bunch of whiners, inform feedback, newbies etc...
My continued hope is that if I think LTT videos are becoming whiff's, that it's because my tastes and those of LTT have drifted, rather than LTT chasing a group of people's tastes that don't really exist because no one is the average person so don't try to appeal to them.

With all these costly new toys that Brandon gets, I'm rather concerned about how he's buttering up the accountant, though that would make sense, given there's no way Linus is as fertile as it would otherwise appear
I am of course, kidding.

COPYRIGHT - the clue is in the title.
You have to make an actual copy of the item, something that is functional and is a direct copy of the original. A picture is a representation, not a copy and therefore taking a picture is not breaching copyright.
The second this law makes it to court and is actually tested it will be repealed so fast it'll make the expansion of the universe look like entropy at absolute zero.

Hope Daniel's made the right choice from himself going alone again, but I'm sure we'll all enjoy whatever he churns out, even if the art isn't always to our tastes

peanutsrevenge reacted to Enderman in Singularity Computers goes through dark times
Singularity computers is another youtuber, he specializes in custom watercooling loops, and does a great job of teaching how to watercool.
Three days ago he released this video:
If you're short on time and can't watch, here is the TL;DW: (too long; didnt watch)
-Daniel started SingularityComputers workshop to make builds faster and get more video content (because he has 100k subs now)
-had to train people who had no idea about PC, so he had little time to make videos, and still did almost all the work himself
-his son got sick, and had to be brought to a hospital outside his area
-Daniel flew to go see his son, leaving the workshop to run on its own
-When he got back, stuff had fallen apart
-He lost almost everything, drugs were involved, and some of the people who were working for him threatened his life (Daniel is in his 20s, the people working for him were much older)
-he is now going back to independent work and video making, and closing the workshop
-stuff he can't manufacture himself will be outsourced instead (like machining, anodizing, etc.)
I thought people here should also know what happened, because he wants his subscribers to be informed about what's going on.
I wish him luck and hopefully he can recover from this without problems.

I never said where they worked. I'm also not saying completely abandon military presence. I'm pointing out that that part of the world has been consumed by war for decades and is where the terrorist groups originate from. Obviously our current methods are not effective. Peaceful regions don't lead to these kinds of problems, even if they are religious. -

Hate breeds hate. You can't beat the hate out of someone. Peaceful solutions have a higher success rate of remaining permanent then hostile solutions. The Middle East has pretty much been a constant war zone for decades and not much has really been solved.

Don't bother arguing with people on here they only listen to the mainstream bs media that never tells them how hundreds of innocent people die everyday in countries over in the middle east because of this is so called war, Just let them live in there imaginary bubble where the only countries that matter are the 1st world ones.
