Twitch Keeps loading like this?

Twitch keeps loading up like this.  Started a day or 2 ago.  I changed my DNS to Googles open 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4.  That didn't help.  Any one experience this before?

Try CTRL+F5?

Turn off any add blocking.

reinstal chrome

CPU: i7 4790k GPU: GTX 970 RAM: 2x8GB 1866 MHz Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit Pro

Open in Icognito Browsing.

 

Worked for me before.

 

Try clear Caches.

Note:  Happens on Microsoft Edge and IE also.  Most likely internet on my side
