I think I encountered a pedophile/rapist/murderer on my campus

So this probably just happened over a course of 20 minutes. Keep in mind that unless you're under the street lights, it's completely dark. I decided that I wanted some Papa Johns cinnapie roll things while I study for my biology class, so I went across from my dorm to the Papa Johns restaurant. I went in and they didn't have it, so I left. As I was walking down the sidewalk back to my dorm, this guy around 5'7 around his 30's with the most "I'm a serial killer" wide-open beady eyes I've ever seen in my life stopped me and told me that I was very muscular. At this point, I didn't pick up anything too alarming, other than the fact that he stopped me to tell me this. We talk, and he tells me that's he's into biking and running and tells me about nice gyms at my college's other campus. What really stuck with me is that this guy said he lived on the other campus, but for some reason he was here, at night, with no backpack or any classes. Anyway, I told him that I needed to get back to my dorm to study, and he asks me where I lived. I told him that all freshmen needed to stay in the Howell freshmen building, and throughout the conversation, he kept trying to get me to mention what room, but I managed to stick with "all freshmen need to stay in the Howell dorm", but not the room. He kept asking me if my roomate was in our room, and although he actually wasn't, I told him he was because this dude was obviously fucked up in the head. Then out of the blue, this dude tells me to walk with him out of the streetlight into a dark area. He didn't say where he was going, he just said to walk with him and he just kept talking to make it not seem to creepy (obviously didn't work lol). So I stop after two steps and act as if I just remembered I had to study and told him I have to get back to my dorm, and he says ok and we walks with me to my dorm building. As we're about 15ft from the door, this dude is repeatedly touching my stomach talking about "you have a V shape" and he even tried to touch from my dick to my lower stomach saying "the v starts from here to here" (dude was obviously trying to touch my dick). THEN, as if it were not creepy enough, he asks me my shoe size. He then proceed to ask me if I had a big dick and if I've ever measured it before, and from that point, I'm just thinking "this dude is trying to rape and/or kill me if he gets me alone". So I basically said that I wasn't sure and then told him I have to study, and he said he'll see me around. So I'm in my room now, wondering if I should warn an administrator of this dude or what. TL;DR I met an obvious pedophile/rapist/murderer on my way back to my dorm, he tried touching my dick and walking me into a dark area.

It's not a troll. I don't think people make these things up just for trolling lol. This is legit. I attend KSU and it happened on my campus around 8:30ish. And while we were near the door to my building, the though of punching him did in fact cross my mind, but that's not what my emotions were telling me to do. I personally thought this dude had a knife or somebody watching nearby, so the priority for me at the time was to get away from this dude without blatantly causing a scene and calling him a pedophile with no evidence (and having a ton of people rush over to me). and yes, If I do see him tomorrow, I'll be on full alert.
