Best AMD graphics card for $250

I need a new graphics card that will go well with my 8350 cpu. I have a 7770 and its not very good. Can you leave a link to a good graphics card that will go well with my build!

R9 380 or 285.

Either that or a cheap R9 290

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

You could get a sapphire r9 280x for less than 250. Its a great card for 1080p gaming and the sapphire cooler keeps it pretty cool.

Stretch like 20 bucks and you can get a 290. Otherwise get a 280x.

280x is best, if u can spend a litle more you can get 290 but both are good at 1080p and i thing both can do litle 1440p

The R9 380/GTX 960 are the highest end GPUs that make real sense pairing with the FX-8350.

i have the tri x oc 280x, and it overclocks like a champ to 1500 Mhz outperforming a 290x, i know of sapphire's power.

I have an entire thread about AMD card pricing. The prices fluctuate ALOT $50 in either direction from $300 for the 290x and $225 for the 290

Before the 300 series release they were pretty stable at ~$230-240

Forgot to mention the 290 (non x) only fluctuates $25 either way I saw them fairly often for ~220
