What mouse should I get

So recently I'm in the market for a new mouse and I can't decide between these mice. Many people will say get the G502 and call it a day but I don't know how often I'll use the sniper button as the games I plan on playing are.

  • Modded Minecraft
  • League of Legends
  • Heathstone
  • Overwatch
  • Battlefield Hardline
  • Witcher 3
  • Rainbow 6 siege
  • Other AAA games

So my options are stick with the G502. Get the ROG Gladius which I call a better version of the deathadder, Roccat Kone XTD, or the Logitech G303,or the EVGA TORQ. Thank yiu and please provide an explantion on why you think I should get a specific mouse.

I've used a deathadder since 2007 and I'm currently on my third.

I have tried to upgrade twice in the past and never liked other mice so I keep going back to the deathadder.

With that said, as soon as this one dies I will be switching to one of the following:

Logitech G502 (I've had the pleasure of using it multiple times and even though I don't play shooters it is still in my top 2)

Mionix Avior (I personally consider this a better version of the deathadder)

Not sure if that helps you but in short: having a button/feature you don't use is never a bad thing as long as it doesn't get in the way.

I was looking at this thinking G502

I was recently faced with the tragedy of my G500 dying and I needed a mouse, and it had to be exactly 165 grams which is kinda heavy. no other weight feels right to me. G502 felt right, weighed the right amount, so I went to the local best buy, price matched amazon and left with it.

at first it felt kinda weird in the hand, but within 3 days I fell in love with it. it tracks VERY well, has plenty of buttons that are well placed and the DPI ranges from 200-Ludicrous speed(12000) even though I run at 1800-2600 DPI.

my only complaint about the whole mouse is that it has a heavy cable that is pretty stiff and I'd have preferred a cable more like my G400.

I have quite large hands with long fingers, and I can easily palm the mouse comfortably and switch to my fingertip grip when gaming. it is on the long side, and it supports your thumb(but unfortunately not the pinky, which you'll have to hold like on a normal mouse

edit: one last bit. Logitech made the switch to 20 million click switches from 10 million click switches when most mice are 5 million click switches

I would assume they use the Omron D2FC-F-7N (20M) which is the 20M click version of the switch that has probably been in every mouse you've used in the last 10 years

The ROG Gladius is a great mouse. If you look the look and feel of that then go for it. Great sensor.

Nobody's holding a gun to your head (I hope) to force you to use the sniper button on the G502. So if that's the only reason you don't want to get, you can just not use it. :P

ROG Gladius is a nice mouse indeed, not sure if it's a better DA. They seem equal to me, although some people have a hard time finding a DA that isn't DOA or dead after 6 months.

G303, if you want a small mouse with imho not the most ergonomic shape. EVGA TORQ X5 Optical if glassy finishes won't be a problem.

I'd go with the Roccat Kone XTD Optical, like most of the other mice you listed it use the S3988 sensor except for the G303.

The Roccat is very solid, highly customizable with 4 LED area's and additional weights, very ergonomic and it's a nice big mouse for palm grippers or claw grippers.

From a Performance Standpoint, not, DA has better Firmware and lower debouncetime.

Well, in the end it depends on what kind of Gripstyle you want to use.

Well, most mice are good all around no matter what you use them for. But some supposedly have an edge for first person shooters as well with the optics. The G502 is pretty good for all of it though I'm not much of a fan anymore. :P
