Not too sure on the most confusing anime I've ever seen..

All Anime is confusing to me, I dont really watch it much. Ive watched a few episodes of Sword Art Online, that was pretty good actually

What is the most confusing plot of the anime you have seen? personally number one is death note, and number two is code geass.

Death Note and Code Geass made sense to me, I'd say the most confusing is Evangelion 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo ,mostly because it randomly skips 10 years after the previous movie and then proceeds to destroy everything you thought you knew about  the world and setting based on the previous movies.

 

I guess Steins;Gate or Zetsuen no Tempest could be confusing if you didn't pay attention to it since they have tons of plots twists and devices that aren't entirely obvious.

 

Bakemonogatari could also be considered somewhat confusing in a sense.

How dare calling Evangelion confusing? :D My fav anime by far, since I discovered Sailor Moon wasn't the only "cartoon" looking like this 16 yrs ago :D

Well, some may say that the original TV Series ending is somewhat confusing, well it is tbh, but it's somewhat , nah you're right... <3 it anyhow :D
