Lian Li previews upcoming 94 Litre PC-V2130 full tower chassis with "enormous storage capabilities and liquid cooling facilities"

Am i the only one who is not a huge fan of metal cases? I don't really like the metal/silver look of it. The USB panel looks very ghetto mounted, i would not have expected that from Lian Li . I love the bajoogles out of my matte black switch 810, which has some plastic.
The metal strip that passes straight through the middle of the case looks out of place, but is probably necessary for stability. They weigh a ton though, so they are quality products. That's the rule.
Even though i would not use it, i find it elegant, and i love the wheels on it  :P

Looks kind of rough, but is probably a solid package.

I don't care for the wheels too much :P

Yeah don't really rate the look of it, that silver just makes it look a bit server grade or even a bit old school.

I have always liked the look and style of Lian Li cases and other products. The only problem is that they have a tendency of having bad design implementations. Like on my fan controller from them they managed to make it not fit inside any optical drive bay which is beyond me because it was made for an optical drive bay. I just have it in the back of my case luckily I have a 540 Air so it isn't a problem. My favorite case of all time is the lian li PC-P80n. The only problems I have with it is that there are lots of little problems with it. Too many to count on one hand. For one thing the fan/rad mounts are slightly off in some places. Also it baffles me that they never released the p80n armorsuit which was painted inside and had a window. I just don't get most of their products but maybe that is because I am not Taiwanese.

For the price you would have thought that they would at least paint the back and inside black as well.

Lian Li seem as hard headed about their metal insides as Noctua are with their poop brown.

"Look at me, I'm an artist, I don't give a shit about customer feedback" -dies of starvation

I also think Lian Li cases would look shitty even if they did go all black.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Looks like a great Workstation/Server/Nas build.

I used to have a Lian Li and it was really solidly built, only thing i didnt like about it was the lack of space for cable management in the back, and it looks like this one might have the same issue.

Lian-li should know better than to only update the inside, even if has a somewhat classy look to it it doesn't hold up for a design that was first used in 2005..

that's to hold up heavier graphics cards so that they don't sag.

I would much rather have a corsair 900d. Being lian-li, its not going to be cheap.

"The enormous liquid cooling capability of dual 240mm radiators"...the same amount mITX cases fit? Lian Li have lost the plot. People don't want giant ugly cases. People want windows to look at their liquid cooling. People don't like unpainted metal. Yawn, another flop for Lian Li

Ah Lian Li, masters of form over function. Internal layouts are meh in typical LL fashion and the thing is way too skinny if it wants to tout itself as a water cooling case. With 4TB drives now being a thing, no real person is going to utilize all those drive bays. They exist solely to block air flow.
