Lowering your settings is the easiest and cheapest. An SSD would definitely help as well.

 

RAM isn't going to do anything for you unless you're actually using all 8GB at once.

Ac origins ,witcher ,gta v on ultra settings all the games1080p 

Specs are ryzen 2600 inno3d 1070 v4 

8gb corsair 3000mhz wb 1 tb blue 

1. Getting more ram ? One 8gb cus running that one in single 

2. Getting ssd 

3. Withouth overclocking anything else you knoe

1. Unless your using 100% of the RAM, getting more RAM won't increase fps

2. Getting an SSD doesn't increase FPS

3. Overclocking could increase your fps providing that you had adequate cooling

Purely for FPS, the only one that will give you that, is the GPU, but if you're having stuttering, might be lack of RAM. And a SSD would make your life better as well.

Actually you can bottleneck a harddrive in a game like GTAV where you load the map as you play, and it can introduce stuttering not found when using an SSD. Probably not the case here but still

Use either a software overlay, sometimes these can be found built into games, such as CSGO and Overwatch. Or even just have task manager open on another monitor and look at it when gaming to see if your pinned at 100% (Not the most ideal way, but the easiest)

Not necessarily. You can RMA parts even if they work fine.

Yea you sure ? Exactly same i just get drops to 30-40 fps in betweens like in orgins in the city like alexandria yea i can change to very high if they'll get me a constant fps and look exactly same
