Mini ITX case suggestions?

The Average Nick

Going a bit backwards, I already have internal components from a previous build that still work, and I'm having one heck of a time finding a case that'll work. I currently have a:
750 Ti low profile video card - 5.75 x 2.72 x 1.5 inches
FlexATX PSU - Dimension: 150mm x 81.5mm x 40.5mm (5.9" x 3.21" x 1.59") - L x W x H

The goal is to use a Mini ITX mobo that already has a Noctua NH-L9x65, eight gig RAM, and go as small as possible for an emulation station.
Does anyone have suggestions on cases? Again, having a tough time finding a half height bracket for the card, as well as taking on the PSU.

Flex ATX psu's are super uncommon and you'll find it near impossible to find a commercially available case with FlexATX support. Usually those power supplies are used in rack mount cases

Then perchance I should be looking at used rack cases? I work in a steel mill, so I'm not afraid of cutting and riveting steel together. Only problem then is a lack of knuckle-breakers for nice bends.

That, or use an SFX psu which is much more common to use in mITX builds
