like it says on the name it's for servers, not really usual to see in consumer PC's.

Its amd epyc, been a thing for a year now. Its a server cpu thats 4 zeppelin dies.

As said above, its an epyc cpu and uses the SP3 socket, server grade stuff but there are motherboards available for it, but they are very rare.

It's AMD's answer to the ultra high-end Xeon CPUs. Not something that has any real use outside of data center operations.
