Where can i download older version of the office suite for iOS 9.3.5?

Someone else's problem that i am trying to help with. 

 

Not too clear to me for now, maybe you know what it's all about and help me further ?

Most likely nowhere legal, ios doesn't allow you to install packages manually without jailbreaking and ms office for ios has never been officially released as a standalone package outside of the app store.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Assuming the phone is running iOS 9.3.5, the App Store will downloade the latest compatible version. 

 

9.3.5 was a popular jailbreak OS if I’m not mistaken, if the phone is jailbroken I would update it to iOS 12 and wait for its jailbreak. iOS 9 is hot garbage imo compared to 12.
