linus should make a video on putting liquid metal on the 8th gen i7 macbook to see if thermal throttling issue is resolved

You mean the Core i9? I doubt it'll get far. The cooling solution in general is not up to the task. I can't see liquid metal being able to compensate for that.

In such a small thermal envelope, and given Intels turbo design, the machine is just going to run into its thermal limit anyway, just with a little more performance this time.
