You typed your title and post like a google search. This is a forum. If you typed that into google instead of here, the first result also gives you a step by step guide to workarounds to enable it. You actually would have saved yourself a lot more time if you tried looking it up yourself even once before asking for help.

There is a working solution for that - some kind of hack in fact (modification of one file - different for every version of windows). But working. Easy to find. @suchamoneypit gives you link for second solution. First option in that link may not be valid - find website that have modification for all versions of Windows (link).
