Games Minimize Random to Desktop

I built my PC about a month ago, I am on a fresh Windows 10 install with all drivers up to date and when I am playing a game it will randomly minimize back to the desktop. I have to open the window back up. It will do it at complete random, My temps are good and my drivers are up to date. I even used DDU to uninstall my drivers and reinstall them fresh, And it still does it. Also to note: It just started doing this at random, About 3 days ago and nothing was installed before that.

Any clue?

 

My specs:

i5-8400
ASRock B360 Pro4
Asus R9 390X
8GB DDR4-2400mhz
Windows 10 v1709

 

All motherboard drivers are up to date and graphics drivers are up to date

 

Things I've tried so far:

 

Complete uninstall of previous drivers and reinstalled fresh

Disabled Windows Error Report Service

Disabled Windows Defender AntiVirus

 

I'm not sure what else to do since I am nearly on fresh install of windows 10... Just install Windows 7?

Any chance you have Bluetooth? I had to disable my caps lock key because of some weirdness with the Bluetooth stack overlay causing the game to minimise any time I accidently pressed the caps lock key.
