GTX 1080 Ti not performing like a 1080 Ti (HELP!)

Anyway's what test are we going to do? @faziten

Also i'm not sure this would have an effect but i have been using two monitors through out this whole process. Should i try one?

it helps to keep things isolated but up to this moment nothing points to the secondary monitor being any kind of issue. A lot of configs with mixed refreshrate panels, say 144hz and 60hz panels have bizarre behaviors, but about the same amount work just fine. The idea is that you re test fortnite with the exact same settings and you show me the msi statistics again. In this attempt we are removing the 14GB of SWAP usage, in order to keep most relevant data in RAM as much as we can. (forcing this with a smaller paging file).

So i await your next set of screenshots. Cheers!
