Just sold 7950 for $398 on Ebay.

Vendetta

So I just sold my 7950 for $398 on Ebay. Do you guys think this was a good deal, I definitely made money from it. I'm curious what everyones opinion about the economy of graphics cards with coin mining and what it means for the future price of cards?

You have to list them as "bitcoin mining monster'"s then watch the ridiculous $600 bids roll in.

I honestly just put mine up for $398.99 buyout only and put it so people could make offers and I got a few offers then maybe like an hour ago guy just bought it at $398 without even making an offer lol

Hmm.. My brother picked up 2 brand new 7950's & a few other things for $200 the other day. Might have him try and sell his lol

Right now is definitely the time to sell them, I mean if you don't need the 3gb of vram or want to mine with them the you could sell them and get a gtx 770 and still come out ahead lol

Damn............that guy got ripped off.....I mean, it's a good card, but he overpaid, should have looked at a brand new 7950 for under $200

I remember seeing so many prior to the new AMD GPU launch. I bet you can find some here and there

Dude I'm 100% behind you on this I just had to point that out, it's stupid that people are getting double what they payed for new when its a used card, makes it hard for people on a budget wanting a strong card but the price of the previous gen is so expensive....

$398 is pretty crazy, I paid $450 for my R9 290 off of ebay.

The jump in price almost made me consider a 780. The whole mining thing has to slow down eventually.
