Good Aura Sync compatible fans (plus splitter)?

Go to solution Solved by blackd51th,

Hi there,

See if these will be good for you,

http://www.raidmax.com/cooling_nv-r120b.html

http://www.enermax.com/home.php?fn=eng/product_a1_1_1&lv0=4&lv1=121&no=384

The Enermax fans comes with a connector box that allows upto 6 fans and 2 rgb devices. Raidmax have a separate hub that you can buy too.

BTW I have not used either of these products myself so do some research.

Hi!

My basic question is do you guys know of any good RGB fans (120mm as well as 140mm) that are Aura Sync compatible? So far I couldn't find good ones. By the way, these little RGB-strip kind of things that you put on top of your fans are also okay if you guys know some good ones, but even then I'd still need some recommendations for some good fans.

The second question is how do I connect all the different RGB-things? I have the Asus Prime X370-Pro motherboard (one RGB header) so I will have to get a solution for that. I've already tried to search an RGB splitter but I only found cables that split up into 2-3 different ones and that's not enough. I'd need one that supports up to 8 different RGB-devices: 7 fans and one RGB lighting strip. It should have it's own power input since I don't want it to fry the RGB header on my motherboard, unless the RGB header can just provide enough amps to everything but I don't think that this is the case.

Sorry for asking such a stupid question, but I could not really find much info on that whole stuff, probably me searching with the wrong keywords. Thanks in advance for all of your helpful answers!

The raidmax look decent but to be honest, I prefer the ones by enermax and their control box is exactly what I need. It features up to 8 fans actually as well as 2 RGB strips which I will probably use. It also has an extra power input to not kill the 4-pin RGB header on my board. Thank you very much for the info, I think I'll buy this very soon!

I'm glad I can be helpful. I'm eyeing the triple 120mm pack myself for my build. :) ;)
