is the gtx 1080 when 1070ti is an option ?

Therios

so im building a pc and i have to choosing a gpu
the 1080 will cost 80$ than the 1070ti and it will be a jump from the gigabyte g1 1070ti to an asus strix 1080 witch will fir perfectly with my asus strix board
so is it worth the extra money ?

If you consider it as a whole system (which you should) i.e. a $1000 system vs a $1080 system, then it is very easily justifiable to get the small (but real) boost in performance, arguably better build and matching aesthetics.

If you can afford it, I would say go for it.

If those 80 bucks arent going to cost you the last money you have then go for it. I've made the same decision a while back and am rather happy that i got the 1080 instead of the 1070ti

Coming from a previous 1070 owner, the ti version looked very enticing. However after checking online benchmarks against my own OC'd 1070 benchmarks, the TI would have been a sidegrade. I am very happy with making the move to the 1080 instead, and you certainly would too if it is a matching strix model. More information on what level of detail and screen resolution might help narrow down what you will want.

Being a strix, that would be the best you can get. aside from it being a 1080. I didn't like mine as it ran quite hot. But the power delivery is the best. I was gonna put it in a loop anyway.
