Fujifilm that company that makes Hipster cameras and also some good amateur to pro level camera bodies and lenses and Xerox that company that makes printers are in active talks about a merger

the deal was cancelled after shareholders pulled out saying that Fuji was to heavily favored in the deal.

i thought they were already? Aren't they literally called Fuji Xerox?
