SolidWorks compatible computer in India

I need a computer for my employee who would be working on SolidWorks designs of Furniture and Interior at basic level and would not be needing any crazy rendering or simulations.
I still need to know what I should go for, Laptop/Desktop, though I know I would be getting max price/performance on desktop, my preference would be a laptop since my work-space and condition won't allow it, and the employee may also need to work on-the-go.

Note: It needs to be durable and reliable enough in dusty conditions and no thermal issues is the utmost priority.

For Solidworks and Inventor, High CPU IPC and single core speed is most important for non rendering and simulation workloads, as the software was built originally for single core CPU's back in the day. Solidworks tends to also like workstation level GPU's from what I've seen, however a super powerful one is not needed, and can probably get away with a "gamer" discrete GPU like a 1050ti in a laptop, however you wont get that in a laptop under $520 (assuming this is the same system for this post here).
