Synology, how do fix a degraded disk group???

Pretty much I have no clue what happened but I turned my NAS on and everything has went to shit, how do I fix this and recover my DATA??? As yea that doesn't look good.

Pinoutbutter Sandwhich (raspberry pi 3 B)

The Portable Slice of Bread (N270, HAHAHA, 2GB)

Muffinator (C2D E6600, Geforce 8400, 6GB, 8X2TB HDD)

Toastbuster (WIP, should be cool)

loaf and let dough (A printer that doesn't print black ink)

The Cheese Toastie (C2D (of some sort), GTX 760, 3GB, win XP gaming machine)

The Toaster (C2D, intel HD, 4GB, 2X1TB NAS)

Matter of Loaf and death (some old shitty AMD laptop)

windybread (4X E5470, intel HD, 32GB ECC) (use coming soon, maybe)

Do have space disks? It should tell you what drives are bad with a light. Otherwise replace the drives that aren't in the drive group with other drive.

 

Data should be fine, but thats why we have backups.

that's why I have 2 drive failure, which 2-4 drive of over space of a week (of not running) have fucked themselves

Do you have backups? You still need backups with raid, raid is not a backup.

 

But it looks like 2 drives failed, your data should be fine.

 

Just get a few more new hdds and replace the drives.

yea I think that's the plan, yea. Right thanks I will look into getting new drives thanks. (I haven't set the backup up yet, and am regretting it at the moment)
